Mobile Veterinary Services – Limited Services Disclosure
A. Scope of Mobile Services
Thank you for choosing Sacred Bond Mobile Veterinary Care. Our mobile unit is designed to provide high-quality and timely veterinary pain management and end-of-life care directly to your home. However, because we operate out of a mobile vehicle, we do not possess the same physical infrastructure as a brick-and-mortar veterinary hospital.
B. Services NOT Provided by Our Mobile Unit
Our mobile unit does not provide the following medical services:
No On-Site Patient Care (we are a mobile operation strictly working out of client’s homes)
General wellness nor sick patient exams.
Diagnostic testing, including bloodwork, imaging, or laboratory services.
Any inpatient hospitalization or overnight intensive care monitoring.
Any type of surgeries, including orthopedic or soft-tissue surgeries.
Isolation housing for highly contagious infectious diseases.
Boarding.
Urgent, after-hours, or emergency care.
C. Emergency and After-Hours Coverage Agreements
In the event of a critical emergency, or if your animal requires any of the advanced services listed above, you must seek immediate care at a fully equipped brick-and-mortar hospital. Our practice has established mutual-aid referral agreements with the following local, 24/7 emergency facilities:
